Guidelines for submissions
Please send the full-length, complete typescript, set in a clear font with double spacing. Your book should be commercial fiction: we are not looking for non-fiction, young adult or children’s books, film scripts, poetry or short stories. We will not consider works shorter than 60,000 words.
Remember to adopt changes and switch off tracking if you have used it to edit your book.
Attach a synopsis of your work (not too long). If the synopsis is incomplete we will not consider your work. [How to write a Synopsis]
If you are able to pitch your book in a couple of sentences, citing published titles that you feel are comparable to yours, this is helpful and a good indication that you know your market. If you’re unclear how to pitch your book, just tell us briefly what you think it is about and make sure you attach the full typescript. We’ll do the rest!
You should send all of the above as Word documents as email attachments. We only accept submissions electronically.
We read everything that is submitted to us, and will aim to come back to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are not able to give you a detailed response and editoral feedback if your work is not for us.
Our decisions are based on what will work for us commercially and how we can position a book in English-language and foreign markets. An editor will be in touch with you to explore the possibility of further ideas.
Please bear in mind that although all our books are available as print on demand, we are a predominantly digital publisher. Our focus is on selling eBooks and digital audiobooks to massive global audiences.
